  Friendly service and reasonable food with an emphasis on seafood. The only restaurant in town which remains open through the off season.

  We came into the landing 5 minutes before closing, as a group of 17, after a funeral and the road home being closed. Despite this The staff took us In with a smile and served up the most delicious fresh seafood, and saved a very hungry stranded family. We really appreciated you taking us in at a less than convenient time, and the service was phenomenal!

  Service was ok. The fish was very over cooked and dry. Baked potato was black and hard. Lasagna was dry and over cooked. The very worst fish I have ever tried to eat. We have eaten in Newfoundland the last week and have really enjoyed the food and hospitality. Unfortunately this cafe is not on our recommend list. What a shame to catch fish and not be able to eat it.

  When your on the road, traveling, finding a nice place to stop, eat, and even enjoy the view, is welcome. I don't think I ever had fried chicken with French fires before, so the food was good AND a interesting match-up. Also it was my turn to pay and I LIKED that I had to swipe my own card - unlike in the US where everybody handles your credit card. I don't remember the staff but slow but me and my mom were not in a hurry having been on the road for hours.
